I’m Namrata, a Clinical Nutritionist & Registered Dietitian with 8 years of experience. Very early in my career I realised that conventional dietary practices are not enough to create a long term sustainable transformation. I strongly believe diets cannot heal you, it is your mindset & gut-hormonal rebalance that help you heal!

I am an avid reader and I love having plants & positivity around me.
